Rapid Stock Turnover and Payment
We have developed several ways of liquidating suppliers’ unwanted stock, thus creating space in your warehouse and an immediate revenue stream for your company. Once we find a buyer for your goods we would typically ask you to hold these goods for 24-48hrs, whilst we invoice and get paid from our buyer. Then we pay you for your stock, usually a day prior to collecting it.
Logistics and Maximum Return for your Overstock
We take care of collecting your stock, working with over 30 logistic and transport companies Worldwide. Why so many? Our buyers demand not only a rapid collection and delivery of your product once paid, but also an economical Haulier to deliver your goods to their door. Using Hauliers that are based close to either your warehouse or our buyers’ warehouse, greatly reduces these transport costs, making our buyers less likely to negotiate down the desired target price of your goods.
Products & Formats
We are happy to work with any kind of product, be it Brand New, Graded or Raw Returns. We prefer clear Excel spreadsheets, with full details per line, along with images & current RRPs. However we can optimize most formats to make them visually appealing and engaging for our prospective buyers to consider.
We stay with your Currency
To avoid making loses on the currency market, we will promote your stocklot in your local currency. Once the goods are sold, you will then invoice us to pay you again in your desired local currency. We speak English, German, French and Russian.
De-Branding & Sales Restrictions
Should you wish to impose any limitation or restriction on your product/s or Brand, we will adhere to these 100%. We create de-branding agreements with our buyers, should any de-branding be necessary. Should you wish your goods to leave your home country or have sales restrictions on them abroad, we provide proof of Export Documentation (CMR/BOL) and our buyer signs a ‘sales restriction notice’ to ensure brand protection.
Selling Channels
Below are the sales methods we use, maybe one suits your business better than another or talk to us with your thoughts if you need more discretion & greater brand protect for your products.
Mainline Sales – For Overstock that has no advertising or sales restrictions:
- We will email your stock lots via our daily newsletter to our mainline distribution channel of close to 10,000 buyers that have subscribed to our daily email marketing campaign.
Typically we repeat each deal 3-4 times to ensure most buyers get to see your offer. We regularly ask our key buyers to identify what their latest stock needs are, enabling us to often pair up your excess stock with one phone call to a desired buyer prior to our email newsletter.
- Your Overstock will also be listed on the home page of our website & will remain there for 50 days
Zero Home Country Circulation – For Overstock that needs to leave your country
The example below is for goods to leave the UK, but this concept to be applied to any country.
- We will not promote, nor sell any of your goods within the UK. We have a large database of contacts all over the globe, listed separately to our UK buyers, who we will email or call.
Thus making your stock effectively disappear from your usual distribution areas.

Restrictive Circulation – For Overstock that requires a more subtle sales approach
- We will make phone calls and appointments with specific buyers … no bulk emails.
- We will never promote your stock on our website
Often visiting or sending samples to these buyers to make commitment to your goods.
